This 45 minute class is both a vigorous workout and a deep stretch that improves strength, posture, and flexibility. > YOGA : 55

In this 55 minute yoga class, we'll link breath to movement as we flow through vinyasas. After building your heart rate in the first half of the class, we will start to slow things down. The second part of class will focus on lengthening, toning, and treating the body to deep stretching. Open to all fitness levels!

> PILATES : 55

In this 55 minute class, we'll cover both standing and mat exercises. Focus will be placed upon fundamental movements and positions including proper posture, spinal, pelvic, and scapular positions and alignment. This class is open to all fitness levels!
