In 55 minutes, you'll alternate between cardiovascular movement and strength training. This Circuit incorporates anything of our offerings including Indoor Cycling, TRX, Kettlebell, Barre and body weight exercises. You'll never be bored and always be challenged! Open to all fitness levels!
