> MOBILITY

A 45 minute, varied intensity class that takes you through progressively challenging series of body weight exercises where you will learn and practice the art of calisthenics, animal style movements, yoga based postures, fluid and dynamic stretches as well as fitness based games. This class aims to increase strength, mobility, flexibility as well as body awareness in a very different way and without the use of weights or traditional equipment. Check our events schedule for upcoming classes!

> CIRCUIT TRAINING

In 55 minutes, you'll alternate between cardiovascular movement and strength training. This circuit uses anything from TRX bands, kettlebells, and body weight for added resistance. > PARENT & BABY 

This 8-week workshop is safe, fun and allows parents to take care of their babies, while taking care of themselves. Check our events schedule for the next workshop!

> CYCLONE OUTDOORS

Cyclone is taking outside! Come prepared to get sweaty, wet and muddy in this 55 minute outdoor bootcamp full of every fun and challenging exercise you can imagine! This class is open to all fitness levels! Please dress appropriately and bring water! Check our events schedule for upcoming classes!

> DJ RIDES
