> Who Can Attend a Class?
People of all fitness levels can take a Cyclone Group Fitness class. Although our instructors will encourage you to "give it your all", the intensity of the workout depends on how much you put into it. You can take it as easy as you like one day, or push as hard as you like on another. Please let your instructor know of any specific health or fitness issues you may have before the class begins. As always, if you have any existing medical conditions that concern you, check with your doctor before starting any new fitness activity.
> How Can I Join Cyclone?
Sign up online under "New Member". You then have the option to purchase a series. Once you have a series of classes in your account, you are able to reserve a spot in the class you wish to attend. Of course, you may come into the studio at any time and we can process the payments for you on-site.
> Do You Have Student Discounts?
We do! All series purchases over $100 qualify for a 25% discount upon proof of a valid student ID.
> How Do I Cancel a Class?
To cancel a class, Login, go to My Classes and click "unreserve" next to the class you wish to cancel. You may cancel a class online up to 4 hours before the scheduled class time and reschedule.
We completely understand that occasionally unforeseen circumstances occur that may require you to cancel a class closer to the time of the class. We are flexible and understanding of these situations; please give us a call at 405-RIDE, or email us at email@example.com as soon as you can so that we may offer the spot to another member.
Uncancelled classes will be deducted from your account.
> Reservations, Drop-ins and Spot Release Policy
You can always drop-in without a reservation, and if there are unreserved spots, you can pay for a drop-in class or use a class from your pass card. If you reserve in advance, please be punctual! Empty spots will be released to drop-ins at the start of each class.
> CAN I PUT MY MEMBERSHIP ON HOLD?
We will allow memberships to be placed on hold for a combined total of 2 weeks per year. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for any additional questions regarding membership freezing.
> What Should I Bring?
Just yourself in comfortable exercise wear, and a water bottle. We do not sell disposable water bottles. We do sell BPA free Cyclone water bottles ($3.00) that can be refilled from our taps.
> Do You Have Showers?
We have female and male shower facilities.
> Do you provide towels?
Yes we do! A fresh towel will be provided on your bike at the beginning of each indoor cycling class and all other classes have clean towels that are easily accessible. We also provide shower towels.
Our monthly plans require a credit card to access as we use recurring automatic payments. To purchase individual passes or other merchandise items, we accept cash and debit. We cannot accept personal cheques.
A 10% discount will be applied to the 4, 8, and 12 month unlimited memberships when purchased in full. Discount applied in the Studio.
All prices listed are in Canadian currency and do not include HST.
> What is your refund policy?
All sales of memberships, series, events are final and non transferable. However, under special circumstances, management has discretion to consider extensions and transfers.
