BarreBell will challenge you to move with power and grace! In this 45 minute class, you'll use kettlebell and Barre-based movements to develop strength and endurance in all of your major muscle groups. Never lifted a kettlebell before? Don't worry! This class is completely led – all you have to do is follow along! This class is suitable for all fitness levels!

This 45 minute all fitness levels class combines two of your favourite workouts - Barre and TRX. Whether it's doing Bicep curls on the TRX in time with the music, or combining plies (squats) with chest presses, this class will give you a full body toning and strengthening workout!
